Privacy notice
This notice is provided by CrossScan Inc., a company based in Ontario, Canada ("CrossScan", "we"). It explains what we collect through crossscan.health and how we use it.
What we collect
- Imaging centre partner enquiries: centre name, your name, work email and location, and optionally your role, phone number, centre website and modalities offered.
- Patient updates: your email address and optionally your first name and province or state.
- Investor enquiries: your name, email and optionally your firm.
We do not collect health information on this site. Please do not send us symptoms, diagnoses, referrals or other medical details.
Why we collect it
We use your details only for the purpose you chose: to reply to a partner enquiry, to send launch updates you opted into, or to reply to an investor enquiry. We record the consent wording you agreed to and when you submitted it.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet in a CrossScan-controlled Google account. Google may store this data on servers outside Canada. Access is limited to the CrossScan Inc. team. Each enquiry triggers a notification to contact@crossscan.health, which does not include the details you submitted. We do not sell your information or share it with other companies, and we do not use advertising pixels, session recording or remarketing on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while they are needed for the purpose above, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you unless you ask us to keep them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time, and you can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@crossscan.health.
Not medical advice
CrossScan is in development. It is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice. Registering interest does not request, book or reserve an imaging appointment or give priority for care.
